Something funny

This old man in his eighties got up and was putting on his coat.
His wife said, "Where are you going ?"
He said, "I'm going to the doctor."
And she said, "Why? Are you sick?"
"No," he said. "I'm going to get me some of those new Viagra pills."
So his wife got up out of her rocker and was putting on her sweater
and he said, "Where are you going?"
She said, "I'm going to the doctor too."
He said, "Why?"
She said, "If you're going to start using that rusty old thing
again, I'm going to get a tetanus shot."

Burning water

Now that is something to either laugh about or truely consider. I haven´t considered converting my car, but if fuel-prices keep rising like that it might be a idea to fool around with.
Read yourself.

Dark Chocolat is good for you

Dark chocolate

I always knew it. Chocolate is good for you. Well only the dark one, but its still chocolate. Scientists (here and here) found out that dark chocolate can have a bloodpressure reducing effect like drugs with the same effect. In the mean time there is the benefit that the ingredients of chocolate, with a cocoa-content of more than 70 percent, can reduce the effects of chronik fatigue. It makes you feel good and does its job for your body too. But with all kinds of medicine: Benefit comes in small doses. A little piece of choc doesn't kill you, but overdoing it will make you fat.

So, when you already got you daily fix of the dark gold and still crave for more, try this. Take one last piece of chocolate, hold it unter your nose and smell it. Take about 5-6 deep breaths and then stick it your mouth. Let it melt slowly. No chewing. Press it against your gum and wait until it is gone. You will see, that one piece of chocolate can be enough.

Homemade Protein Energy Shake

Now something for those little McScrooges out there not willing to pay insane prices for protein products, that can be perfectly produced at home. The English Institute of Sport has posted the recipe on its homepage. A big pro for this, is the fact that you can flavor you shake in any way you like. I like mine choclate-vanilla or strawberry. Take cherries, or bananas. Try everything you like. (The link may be broken, but I posted the recipe anyway.)
